2 Hour Home consultation + 3 weeks support

-Once i have received your intake form, we will then book a day that best suits to have the home consultation and you will then receive your sleep assessement within 4-5 days.
This consultation is great for parents who prefer a face to face explanation of their sleep assessment, for questions, however big or small and are wanting to have a demonstration on the settling technique chosen in their sleep assessment. The best time for this consult is when the baby/child is going down for a day time nap.
 
There is an option to add a hour onto this consultation at a small fee, if you find you would like more time to discuss sleep!
 
-Package includes an individual sleep assessment of your child, in this sleep consultation you will receive a day-to-day schedule including food guidance, meal times, feeding, Information about age-appropriate sleep needs, awake windows, settling techniques and my recommendations to improve your child’s sleep.
 
All consultations are with 3 weeks support, during this time daily logs will be required to ensure we are on track, and if we need to adjust anything accordingly.
